Invisible Part Quick Weave

Welcome back to All Things With Tip! This week’s video is a tutorial on how I achieve my flawless invisible part quick weave. I love the invisible part technique because it is very low maintenance. This type of quick weave usually lasts me around 3 -4 weeks and could last even longer. As the style gets older, it actually looks better and even more natural. It’s also a great protective style when you are growing your hair out.

The best way to maintain this style is to protect it each night by covering it with a bonnet. Before placing it under the bonnet, I like to comb the sides towards the back then place my bonnet on top. As the style gets older, you can add curls for a different look. I also will shampoo the weave only if the hair is beginning to feel stiff. Shampooing it will allow the weave to move better. After rinsing the conditioner, it’s best to come it down and sit under the dryer, like you would do your own hair and style as usual. If you do not feel comfortable with shampooing the weave, try a dry shampoo. I recommend using a dry shampoo by Chi.

Avoid adding too much moisture. If you do decide to add moisture, use a light serum like Biosilk Silk Therapy. This will keep it from being weighed down.
